2009 - 2012 Master RW Officials Certification

If you are considering certification or recertification as a USA Track and Field Masters Race Walk Official, then you should have the following minimum participation criteria as outlined by Ron Daniel in his memo of August 2008. Here is the text of his letter.

Dear Race Walk Judge,

You have received this letter because you are currently a Master level Race Walk Judge or are planning on applying to become one. The items below are based on Appendix 5 of the "Race Walk Officiating Handbook"; they are the minimum recommended participation criteria.

The period of time to be considered is September 1, 2004 through Secember 1, 2008. In each category, pleas give the total number of USATF Sanctioned events* and then list the most signifigant events, up to number recommended (give date and location.)

Invitational events such as open college or high school championships are the sane level as a Regional Championship. International Trials events are the same level as a National Championship. *Remember, thatn an event may be a collection of races; i.e. USATF Sr. and Jr. Outdoor Championships are a men's and women's competition with four races.

Please send a copy of your report to your Association Certification Chair and to Ron Daniel.
Please pprovide your: full name; home addressl e-mail address and phoen number. Also include your USATF Officials number along with your home association certification chairman's name. Thank you for your cooperation.
